Refund & Replacement Policy
At Quiet Time Premium Candles by Carla A. Miles, each candle is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. Because our products are handcrafted and scent preferences are personal, we only offer refunds or replacements for candles that arrive broken or damaged during delivery.
If your candle arrives broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo showing the damage

Once we review the damage, we will notify you promptly regarding your eligibility for a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement candle will be shipped at no additional cost.
Please note:
We are unable to offer refunds or returns based on scent preference or change of mind.
